Do I need to register in the service in Shares?
No, a separate registration is not needed. The service will register you automatically after making a purchase by phone number. Then you can use this number to log in to the mobile the app Shares to track the following payments.
How does the service work?
The service works directly with the website of our online store - choose Shares as a method payment and enter the card details. Shares will divide the payment into 4 parts — the first part will be written off immediately, the next three — every two weeks. Before each payment, you will receive a reminder from the service about the date of debiting.
Is there a fee for using the service?
No, the service does not take interest or commissions in shares. You will pay exactly the purchase amount, divided into 4 parts.
Is it a loan? Does the service check the credit history?
No, it's not a loan. Shares does not check the credit history and does not conclude a credit agreement contract with the buyer. There is no interest rate in Shares — you only pay the purchase amount divided into 4 parts.
Where to transfer money on the day of payment?
On the payment date, the service will automatically debit funds from the card that you linked at the time of purchase. You only need to make sure that the required amount is on the card.
You can make the next payment earlier or pay off the entire remaining amount via the mobile app Shares.
How many days will the payment take?
You will pay the entire purchase amount within 6 weeks. There will be 4 payments of 25% of the cost — the first immediately, at the time of purchase; the remaining three parts every two weeks until you pay the entire amount.
Where can I view upcoming payments?
The payment schedule can be found in the mobile application or in the chat on the website in Shares. To view in the app, download Shares to your mobile phone and go to the number that indicated at the time of purchase.
How to issue a refund?
To make a refund, contact us at the store. You can return the entire purchase or its part. We will notify you in Shares about the refund and the service will carry it out. The money will be returned to the card in within 14 days. The term depends on the issuing bank and the payment system.
What documents are needed for registration?
To purchase Shares, you do not need documents — only a phone number and card details for payment.
